Responsibility:

1, Preparing financial reports in line withUS GAAP reporting guidelines

2, Preparing all external reporting orfilings including earning releases for IPO and post IPO according to listedcompany requirement

3, Coordinate with external auditors 

4, Optimize internal control processes,policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financialstatements

5, Providing guidance and advice to theteams in respect of group financial reporting requirements

6, Participant and provide the professionalopinion on all major projects including financing, investment, M&A and major contracts

7, Work closely with financial analysisteam on preparing business performance and profitability analysis

 

Qualification:

1,Bachelor's degree in Finance/accounting

2,CPA qualification will be highly valued

3,Minimum 4 years auditing/accountingexperience 

4, Be familiar with US GAAP/IFRS 

5, Solid financial reporting experience

6,Previous working experience in BIG4 andin-house reporting experience for a US listed company is preferred

7, Excellent communication skills (Mandarin& English)

8, Excellent problem-solving skills andattention to detail
