KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 关键职责: 
1.Upholding and promoting the company’s Meningo range and prepare for  Amvaxim 80 launch in China。推广流脑疫苗美宁安及负责新产品甲肝疫苗的上市工作。
2.Define the marketing strategy for the products and develop the annual marketing plan; 制定市场策略及市场计划
3.Contribute to the design of the five-year Country Strategic Plan (CSP) for the Meningo & Hep A products range; 完成与流脑及甲肝疫苗相关的5年计划
4.Establish the long-term brand image of the Meningo range products and Avaxim 80 through marketing programs and promotional activities and events; 通过有效的市场活动建立美宁安及甲肝疫苗的品牌形象
5.Develop KOLs for these two products and provide training for sales team 发展相关产品的KOL并对销售团队进行相关产品知识及市场策略培训。
6.Product forecast according to market situation to ensure product supply smoothly。根据市场情况配合供应链做好产品预测以保证有效供应。

 

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS 基本要求
· Bachelor Degree in Medicine or related field 医学或相关专业学士以上学位

· At least two years working experience in product management, able to handle product portfolio management 最少2年以上工作经验，能够独立管理产品

· Able to understand the SP product objectives and plans 能够理解巴斯蒂产品的目标和计划

· Able to analyze data, to evaluate promotional/tactical activities and to prepare marketing plans 能够进行数据分析，发展并执行市场计划

· Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, able to deliver reports, to make public presentations and to deal eloquently with opinion leaders, the sales force and SP Management Team; 良好的沟通和团队合作技巧，能够完成报告，演讲，培训并与KOL，销售团队及巴斯德管理层良好合作

·Good knowledge of computer software 能够熟练使用办公室软件

· Fluent in English communication 有一定英语基础
